Well, one of the unique things about New College is that every single graduate does a thesis to graduate. And of course, it's a pretty doable thing because every single one of our graduates has done it. And we sort of get students in one of the first things we teach students is that we're no longer telling them what to study. I think that they've often had that experience for 12, 14 years. And when they get here, we're saying, "What do you want to study? What do you want to be an expert in?" And students start to get that through their college career, we -- because they actually work one on one with faculty as advisors -- we really help them try to discover that and that's such an exciting thing to see students find out what really excites them and makes them want to do the next thing.
